Tejal Winder is the founder and CEO of Mastrics LLC.

Tejal is a client and team centric leader. With over 12 years of software development experience, she has strong technical skills as a solution-oriented full stack developer. She has previously helped build software that is now used by billions of people daily and is the proud architect and developer of a mobile messaging interoperability platform. This carrier-grade platform connects hundreds of mobile service providers, allowing for the successful delivery of SMS and MMS all over the world.

Tejal was also the solutions architect and developer for handling real-time mobile messaging tickets. The application processed tickets with Salesforce and SAP CRM APIs, saving the company thousands of dollars by eliminating SLA fees with mobile service providers.

Tejal believes that most processes can be improved and automated with intelligent software and data engineering. With extensive experience in application development and a long history of working with cross-functional teams, Tejal continues to provide high-quality, customized solutions for our clients and contribute to their success.

Tejal’s educational background includes an MS in Computer Science from the University of New Haven, CT, and a BE in Information Science Engineering from AIT, Bangalore India.
When Tejal is not coding and running Mastrics, she is happiest with her husband Adam raising their daughter and son, Arya and Taran, in Great Falls, VA.
